This pavilion is ideal for a single person. Bath­room and kitchen external and shared. Located on the bank of the big pond provid­ing beauti­ful views. Small private terraced pot plant garden under the pavilion and around.

The name of this pavilion refers to the Thai name of Cassia garrettiana (Leguminosae), a wild native tree, which naturally grows nearby the pavilion. The Thai name of this tree is ต้นขี้เหล็ก (Ton Khilek).

PLACE: On elevated ground nearby the big pond, with view over the pond to­wards northern directions.

SIZE OF LIVING AREA: Internal area 30 square meters, external area (roofed but not screened) 44 square meters, plus usable garden area.

CAPACITY: Designed for a single person (standard occupancy), or a couple.

BUILDINGS: A wooden 2-storey pavilion or stilt house, built in 2006-2007; the roof is in­sulated with foil against heat and has open­ings on the top of the roof for air circulation. Broad wooden out-door staircase (with railing on one side only, might not be suitable to children and seniors!). Windows, doors and other open­ings protected by mosquito screens.

ROOMS: 1 bed­room (with ceiling fan, hand wash basin and urinal), and 1 roofed and screened verandah as living room (with refrigerator, coffee-machine, ceiling fan). Bath­room (with hot shower) external and shared. Kitchen (with gas-stove) external and shared.

FURNITURE: Main furniture is a queen-sized bed with mattress, table, chairs.

GARDEN: The private shady pot plant garden is located under the pavilion and around on elevated ground, terraced towards the big pond, and providing nice views over the pond. Car park­ing space and detached roofed motor­bike port avail­able.

HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: Electricity, tap water (drink­able) with storage tank (2,000 liter) and pump. High-speed Inter­net (Wi-Fi, un­limited, free).

HOUSE FACILITIES: Bed-linen and towels. External shared fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.

OPTIONAL HOUSE FACILITIES AND SERVICES: Drink­ing water supply (in bottles and tanks). Supply of beverages. Room cleaning services.

Included in the rental rate for all houses is Internet (WLAN) and tap water.
