The reason why you should this house.
-The location is very convenient, especially can walk to Tesco from the back door. Walk to Chiang Mai Klaimor Hospital, 7-11, drug store, local foods, beauty clinic, and Mcdonald's. It's so close to the airport but you hardly hear the airplane noise. You can walk to the main road (108) so easy to call red cap (songtaew), and you can call Grab to pick you up and go to the airport plaza or to the old city or anywhere you want. Or even better if you have your own vehicle.
-The house itself on the first floor is empty so you can create your decoration with your furniture. ^_^
-The Kitchen might be a little tight but today we have more options for food, and we don't have to always cook at home anymore. We can eat out or call for food delivery for a reasonable price so easy and convenient.
